I was on Threads (Meta’s version of Twitter) recently and saw a gal share a screenshot of her blog earnings.
She banked a solid $20,580 in one month.
And that was only her income from display ads on her blog. That doesn’t include her affiliate income.
SO many people were shocked by this. And for good reason!
Most people don’t realize how lucrative blogging can be. Some even think it’s a scam (which is fine by me; less competition for us, right? 😂).

How to Make Money With a Facebook Page
I’ll admit it; I’m not a fan of Instagram for blog growth.
Why?
Because, in most cases, it doesn’t work.
Instagram has one of the lowest click-through rates of any platform.
They’re not designed to send users off the app to your blog… they’re built to keep people scrolling so they can serve more ads and make more money.
I used to think Facebook was the same; just another platform that wouldn’t help with blog growth.
But I was wrong. Very wrong.
Turns out, Facebook is helping a lot of bloggers make serious money, and it’s much more powerful than I ever gave it credit for.
Option #1: Drive Blog Traffic and Earn Ad/Affiliate Income

If you want to speed things up, Facebook ads is a great tool for building your audience.
I’ve recently started testing Facebook ads myself, inspired by a fellow blogger who achieved incredible results (I’ll share more about his story below!).
So far, it’s been worth it; I managed to grow a brand-new Facebook page to 9,400 likes/follows in just one month.
- Post regularly to keep your audience engaged.
As you’re building your audience, keep them interested. Post consistently to keep your page active and encourage engagement.
- Share blog post links to drive traffic back to your site.
Drive traffic back to your blog by sharing links to your posts.
This not only keeps your audience engaged but also creates opportunities to monetize your audience.
- Earn money through affiliate marketing and ad income from your blog traffic.
Once you’re driving traffic to your blog, you can start earning through affiliate marketing and ad income.
